Dr. Trevor takes time to teach you proper technique so you can perform exercises and use other rehabilitation tools safely and effectively.

Treatment timelines vary based on your individual condition and healing capacity, but most patients notice positive changes relatively quickly. Approximately 50% of our patients see significant improvement within four weeks, and the majority are doing well by 8-12 weeks.
